La Juanita

La Juanita is a project that integrates the natural landscape located within a coastal plot, following a rigorous horizontality inspired by the course of the Paraná River, Argentina.

The design proposal is based on establishing a lifestyle in harmony with the surrounding nature and landscape, which is the essence of the inspiration for the entire design.

The overlooks are in each part of the house, connecting indoor and outdoor spaces, including the skylights, which intensify perceptions in all dimensions. The layout of the proposed building is based on an arrangement of five blocks, creating a natural central square.

The linear spatial hierarchy balances public, private, and service spaces while ensuring functional efficiency. The structure of the spaces emphasizes permeability, integrating nature into the house.
